Shri Shah stated that the introduction of these technologies is aimed at creating the most modern technology-based criminal justice system globally. In Chandigarh, which is set to become the first administrative unit to fully implement these laws, significant advancements have been made in terms of IT infrastructure. This includes the installation of new computers, tablets, and recruitment of IT specialists to support the rollout.

He emphasized that the new laws are not merely legal codes but represent a shift towards a more just and efficient legal system. The reforms are designed to ensure that judgments are rendered within three years, even up to the Supreme Court level.
